Collection: Inspired by Republic Commando the Video Game

I wanted to create this armor since way back in 2005 when I first played the game. RC's are my favorite clones from all of Star Wars. I believe I made my first RC set back in 2006 for DragonCon, but it was my first attempt at vacuum forming and an early attempt at rotocasting a helmet. My attempt sucked on many levels, but I learned a lot over the years. First using clay sculpts and my own code to slice 3D models for foam cutting to help make molds, then  pepakura, and then 3D printing, I made molds that are quite popular with RC fans and are on the official 501st CRL's for Boss and Fixer.

If you would like to be informed when I am offering completed helmets, fully complete costumes made to your measurements, rifles, etc., please subscribe. I do plan to offer DIY kits and tutorials at some point, but that could be years from now (1/2026).

Delta Squad was not quite finished in time for Celebration, but we still had a great time.
